What is this?

This collection of pages is meant to be a one-stop web site for information on brewing and drinking lambic and other exotically fermented beers.

Who wrote this?

The old lambic FAQ was written by Larry Lynch-Freshner. That document served as starting material for what you see here. Most of the new text is written by Jim Liddil with some writing, a lot of editing, and HTML markup by Jeremy Bergsman. Much of the material is condensed from information posted to The Lambic Digest, an email mailing list covering discussion of these beers.
